We are located in South San Jose.  Snell Mini Storage is a recently remodeled, locally owned and operated storage facility.  We take great pride in providing our customers with a clean, secure and well maintained facility. We are one of the few storage facilities that have no move in fees, deposit or insurance requirements.  The price you pay is what is stated.  No hidden fees. You have the comfort of knowing that there will be no surprises.

You are speaking to us directly---not an impersonal call center.  Our managers are friendly, experienced and professional. 

Here at Snell Mini Storage we take security very seriously.  All of our storage unit doors are individually alarmed and each tenant has their own personalized access code for the security gate and their unit.  Only you have a padlock and key to your unit. 

Our facility is ground level.  Our indoor units have short, well-lit hallways.  All of our large units are outside, with roll up doors and are drive up accessible.

We are conveniently located off of the Capitol Expressway exit either from Highway 101 or 87.
